About 15 years ago Jim and Crystal Whitmarsh were set up on a blind date, where they went out to Pizza Hut and a coffee shop, Cyberia Cafe, in upper Michigan.
Since then, they have had a dream of opening their own coffee shop. 
That dream soon became a reality.

Mike Wolfe, Frank Fritz, and their team are excited to return to Minnesota. They plan to film episodes of the hit series American Pickers throughout the area in October 2019.AMERICAN PICKERS is a documentary series that explores the fascinating world of antique “picking” on History. The hit show follows Mike and Frank, two of the most skilled pickers in the business, as they hunt for America’s most valuable antiques.

When Dr. Molly Anderson-Krahn, was getting her undergraduate degree from Winona State University, with a degree in Biology, she wanted to be an Athletic Trainer. 
But eventually  those plans changed. 
After volunteering and working at an animal clinic in Winona, Anderson-Krahn realized that she had a new passion and that is to be a vet. 

August is upon us which means one thing. Kasson Festival in the Park is coming soon. 
This year’s Festival once again will feature a variety of different events for all ages, and to satisfy any different interests.
