Homecoming season is upon us

I don’t know if I have ever seen quite as enthusiastic a group of people as the fans of the Byron Bears last week.
I stopped by the high school Friday morning for the pepfest and king and queen coronation. If I thought I would have any trouble remembering how to get to the gym there was no danger of that because as soon as I walked in the building I could hear the students at the pepfest.

Then & Now

This building located on 1st Ave NW was operated by Healy’s Ice Cream and later Kasson Dairy. The DCI newspaper used this building for many years with Johnson Printing in the back part of the building. The DCI moved to Main Street for five years in the longtime Kasson Drug which then became the Kasson Dollar and Video Store building before relocating to the former Shopko building in 2021. A concern about lug nut covers

Question: I have recently noticed several semi-trucks with lug nuts on their front tires that are pointed and stick out beyond the edge of the cab.  I’m concerned that they could cause damage to other vehicles. Is there a law about this?
