A NEW HOME

Home Federal Savings Bank has finished the remodeling of its offices on Mantorville Avenue and has consolidated all of its services into the one location, said Market President Matt Bradford.
With the entire staff operating out of one location, the Kasson Branch of Home Federal is now a one-stop-shop for all banking and financial needs.

Jay Yankowiak and Samantha Hallaway were chosen as Triton’s Homecoming King and Queen Monday night. The two will reign over Homecoming activities this week, culminating in the Friday night football game against St. Charles. New to this year’s festivities will be a Homecoming Parade Friday at 10 a.m. Other Friday activities include a varsity volleyball game at 1:30 p.m.

104 and still going

“Come on in and sit down,” Lucia Althoff said to each person as they made their way into the dining room at Fieldcrest Care Center in Hayfield last week. Althoff, known to everyone as
”Gramma Gua,” was the honored guest as she celebrated her 104th birthday on Thursday, and she was clearly enjoying the surprise that had awaited her when she went to the dining room early in the afternoon.

End of an era for Tweite’s Farm

Tom Tweite, owner of Tweite’s Family Farm, hopes the farm has helped create lasting family memories.
