The following case was heard in Dodge County District Court the week of Sept. 15 with Judge Debra A. Groehler presiding:
Cody E. Boley, 27, Faribault, previously appeared and was convicted of felony counterfeiting of currency. He was sentenced to $130 and 24 months in St. Cloud State Prison

Last year Triton’s football team didn’t win many games during the regular season.
But with a 3-5 record, the team was able to find its stride at the end, making a deep playoff run.
This year is different, however, beginning its regular season with a 4-0 record.

The Kasson-Mantorville girl’s soccer program began its Epilepsy awareness and fundraiser event, with the goal of honoring Hannah Soderberg, the daughter of former coach Chris Soderberg.
She has lived with Epilepsy since she was five.

The Triton/K-W/Hayfield girls soccer team lost 2-0 to Lake City last week, but one highlight in the game was goalkeeper Alyssa Knudson had 11 saves during the game, which put her over 300 career saves for her career.
Cannon Falls
It was a tough week for TKWH, as the team got shut out by Cannon Falls as well 3-0.
In the game Knudson had 15 saves in the loss.
 

The Kasson Mantorville volleyball team was defeated by Winona Cotter last week 3-1.
KatieBourgault lead the team with four aces, Jacey Heidt had 19 digs, Ella Stoskopf had five kills, Aloaha Ricke had 14 kills, and 13 digs, Anna Ask had 37 assists and 10 digs in the loss, and Alexie Awe had four kills, and eight digs.
Also last week, the KoMets defeated Faribault in a 3-0 sweep.
