Kasson’s American Legion Post 333 received it’s charter 100 years ago, in 1920. A lot has changed in those 100 years including the fact the post is now being led by its first female commander, Christy Eischens.
Eischens actually became commander last June after being a member of the post for five years.

Triton Business Professions of America (BPA) crowned a state champion, three national trip winners, and 11 top 10 finishers at the State Leadership Conference on March 5-7 in Minneapolis.
Triton had 17 members qualify to compete against more than 1,700 other students from across Minnesota at the State competition. 

Libraries in Dodge County have closed their doors temporarily as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
 “Out of an abundance of caution, and to protect staff and patrons we need to curtail social interactions” said City Administrator Timothy Ibisch.
