One of the most important skills a child learns is the ability to read. But when I look at our language, I am amazed anyone could have succeeded.

Here we are, the week preceding Easter, the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In the Christian faith, this week, also known as “Passion Week” or “Holy Week,” is a significant period that commemorates the final week of Jesus Christ’s life on earth. Passion Week begins on Palm Sunday, the Sunday preceding Easter, and concludes on Easter Sunday.

Men and women are different. I’m sure this isn’t an earth-shattering revelation for most people. And before I go any further, I have a disclaimer, “this is not about my wife.” This is about men and women in general. Some of the things I will discuss “may” apply to my wife, but it is more of a broad discussion of gender differences.

The Dodge County boys hockey team defeated Rochester Lourdes 5-2 last week at home.
Five different Wildcats had goals in the win including Braylon Fredrickson, Gabe Coshenet, Camryn Koch, Dylan Allen, and Brett Ludvigsen.
Coshenet and Koch had two assists in the game, Mitchell Holmen had an assist along with Dylan Klomps, Griffin Gibbs, and Ludvigsen.

No matter what kind of home you live in, almost everyone has a junk drawer. It is a place to put something you don’t know quite what to do with but is too good to throw out. The rest of the house may be immaculate and well organized but there is that one drawer that is a conglomeration of different items.
