Triton, Byron, Hayfield XC compete at ZMKW Invite
Triton, Byron, and Hayfield all competed at the ZMKW Invitational last week.
Leading the Byron men’s team was Koren Wieme who finished 8th with a time of 18:02, Mathias Zoellner who finished 15th with a time of 18:14, Westley Burrows finished 21st with a time of 18:43, and Zachary Pieper finished 22nd with a time of 18:44.
The Byron’s women’s team was lead by Dayna Baune who finished 12th with a time of 20:48, Alexa Charboneau finished 22nd with a time of 21:25, Avery Warndahl finished 25th with a time of 21:41, and Kylea Garas finished 26th with a time of 21:54.
For the Triton men's team Angel Mata-Colin finished ninth with a time of 18:03, and Elijah Okeefe finished 25th with a time of 19:05.
Triton’s Autumn Froyum finished 34th with a time of 22:22, and Adriana Kunz finished 53rd with a time of 23:44, in the women’s race.
For the Hayfield men's team, Steven Gillette finished 66th with a time of 22:22.7Hayfield, and Josh Gillespie ran a time of 24:45.
For the women’s team Scarlet O'Malley finished 60th with a time of 24:48.
K-M runs at Willmar Glacial Lakes Invite
The Kasson-Mantorville mens and womens cross country teams ran at the Willmar Glacial Lakes Invite last week.
David Obst finished second in the race with a time of 16:11, while Reed Grovdahl finished 13th overall with a time of 18:01, Kalin Anderson finished 28th with a time of 18:32, Michael Bradnl finished 26th with a time of 18:43, and Nick Halverson finished with a time of 19:17.
For the women team Cassidy Dillon finished 44th with a time of 23:34, Lyla Bailey finished 54th with a time of 24:58, Lana Burr finished 61st with a time of 29:02, and Nora Smith finished 62nd with a time of 29:59.
