Then & Now

At one time just north of this location where Country Pleasures is now located was a Shoer and Wagon Shop and later it was converted into a welding and repair shop. This is where Kasson Ford (located in the mini-mall on Main Street) built a car wash. Through the years the building has been used for a fishing tackle and a gun store, a TV and appliance shop, a pie shop called Pies and Stuff, and for the past 25 years a cafe and catering service called Country Pleasures operated by Denise and John Hazuka. Photo by Wayne Hendrickson.
