A strong leader can retain qualified personnel

Stability:
A huge part of strong leadership is the ability to attract and retain qualified personnel. Someone who cannot do this is not a competent leader. While it is normal for there to be some turnover in staff, the Trump administration had double the turnover of other recent administrations. Of 66 key staff positions, Trump had to replace people over 100 times (with some positions replaced over 5 times.) At least 16 of these departures were from "Resigned Under Pressure" (i.e. "You're Fired!"). Of the 15 cabinet positions, Trump replaced 14, with 8 of them being "under pressure." In contrast, only 3 members of Biden's cabinet have been replaced.
Trump compared his selection of a vice-presidential candidate to an episode on "The Apprentice." Ask yourself - When Trump goes to prison for his felony convictions, do you really want the leader of our great nation to be a "reality TV winner" with total elected experience of less than two years, and with zero proposed bills that made it into law?
