NOTICE OF AND ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR INSTRUCTIONS AND AN ACTION TO DECLARE RIGHTS
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on February 8, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at the Dodge County Courthouse, 22 6th Street East, Mantorville, MN 55955, on the Petitioner, Steven Snow’s Petition to seek an Order pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §501C.0202(24) declaring the right of the Trustee to gather all property owned by the Trust and instructing all Trust beneficiaries to cooperate with the Trustee for the purpose of gathering Trust property and efficiently administrating the Trust estate.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the Court will execute the proposed Order instructing Trust beneficiaries to cooperate with the Trustee and giving the Trustee the right to administer the estate, including the power to collect all assets; to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; to sell real and personal property; and to do all necessary acts for the Trust estate.
