PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Mantorville City Council on Monday, October 10, 2016 in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 21 – 5th Street East starting at 6:32 pm to consider the application for a final plat for the Mantor Woods West Subdivision as submitted by HD Rentals, LLC.  The Property has the following legal description: 
Lots two, three, four, five and six (2, 3, 4, 5, 6), Block twenty six (26), Original Plat, City of Mantorville; AND Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 3, Block 26 in the City of Mantorville, thence east along the North line of said Block 26, a distance of 300 feet, thence north 7 rods, thence west 300 ft., thence south 7 rods, to place of beginning. Said parcel being located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 107 North, Range 16 West, Dodge County, Minnesota.  
Subject to highway right of way containing .05 acres running along the westerly edge of the above described premises as more particularly described in that final certificate recorded in Book 115 of Misc., page 285, all according to the Plat thereof on file and of record.
TOGETHER WITH:
The Northerly Half of vacated Tenth Street, adjacent to Lot 6, Block 25, and all of vacated Blanch Street adjacent to Blocks 26 and 27 of said ORIGINAL PLAT. 
Contains 2.14 acres more or less.
All interested persons should attend.  A copy of the final plat may be seen at City Hall or on the City website at www.mantorville.com.  If you are unable to attend the hearing, written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office, PO Box 188, Mantorville, for review by the City Council the night of the hearing.
