ORDINANCE 2016-09 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4.60, SUBD. 11.A.4 OF THE CLAREMONT CITY CODE

THE COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF CLAREMONT ORDAINS: 
Claremont City Code Section 4.60, Subd. 11.A.4 is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in its stead: 
“4. No private garage used or intended for the storage of passenger automobiles or motor vehicles, recreation vehicles, boats, etc. shall exceed 12% of the total lot area.” 
Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication.
