The following cases were heard in Dodge County District Court the week of Jan. 1 with Judge Jodi L. Williamson presiding:
Jeremy M. Jennings, 40, Rochester, previously appeared and was convicted of felony predatory offender registration violation. He was sentenced to $205 and 30 months in St. Cloud State Prison.
Judie L. Kotek, 52, Owatonna, previously appeared and was convicted of felony burglary. Kotek was sentenced to $4,806, 51 days in county jail, no possession of firearms, chemical dependency evaluation, no alcohol or controlled substance use, do not enter liquor establishments, mental health evaluation, cognitive skill training, 100 hours of community service and 5 years of supervised probation.

Domestic: Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of East St. N. in Claremont at 8:54 a.m.
Larceny: At 2:08 p.m., cash was stolen from the 19700 block of 650th St. in Dodge Center.

Trespassing: Deputies responded to a subject trespassing in the 23000 block of 617th St. in Mantorville at 8:42 a.m.
Fleeing: At 2:06 p.m., a subject was fleeing from deputies in the 100 block of 5th St. SW in Dodge Center.
Dec. 30
Vandalism: At 8:36 a.m., a vehicle was vandalized on 6th Ave. SE in Hayfield.
Larceny: Deputy took a report of a stolen credit card in the 400 block of 10th St. SE in Hayfield at 11:05 a.m.

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of 5th St. SW in Dodge Center at 3:40 a.m.
Trespassing: At 8:17 a.m., a subject was trespassing at Casey’s in Hayfield.
Juvenile: Deputies received a juvenile complaint from the 600 block of 3rd Ave. NW in Dodge Center at 7:25 p.m.

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance on 4th Ave. SE in Dodge Center at 4:55 p.m.

Crash: Motor vehicle accidents occurred at U.S. Hwy. 14 and 260th Ave. at 9:14 a.m. and the 200 block of 2nd Ave. SW at 6:46 p.m.
Suspicion: Police found an open unit in the 300 block of 5th St. SE at 10 p.m.

Juvenile: Police received a complaint of an out of control juvenile in the 700 block of 23rd St. NE at 8:50 a.m.
Missing Person: Police assisted with a missing juvenile in the 500 block of Veterans Memorial Highway W. at 12:44 p.m.
Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 300 block of 6th St. SW at 5:52 p.m.
