The following case was heard in Dodge County District Court the week of Oct. 23 with Judge Jodi L. Williamson presiding:
Christopher D. Tucker, 49, Kasson, previously appeared and was convicted of felony possession of marijuana. Tucker was sentenced to $130, 7 days in county jail, no possession of firearms, chemical dependency evaluation, no alcohol or controlled substance use, do not enter liquor establishments, mental health evaluation, cognitive skill training and 5 years of supervised probation.

Domestic: Deputies responded to a domestic assault in the 100 block of 5th St. SW in Dodge Center at 5:31 p.m.

Intoxication: Deputies responded to an intoxicated male in the 300 block of 2nd St. NE in Hayfield at 6:40 p.m. and 10:49 p.m.

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of Center Ave. S. in Hayfield at 3:06 a.m.
Weapons: At 12:11 p.m., a weapons offense occurred in the 54000 block of 170th Ave. in West Concord.

Weapons: Deputies responded to a weapons offense in the 65700 block of 160th Ave. in Dodge Center at 12:43 a.m.
Oct. 23
Disturbance: At 12:16 a.m., a disturbance occurred in the 500 block of 3rd St. in Claremont.
Burglary: Deputies began a burglary investigation in the 57700 block of State Hwy. 57 in Mantorville at 6:12 a.m. and the 22200 block of Dodge/Mower Road in Sargeant at 12:34 p.m.
Intoxication: Deputies responded to an intoxicated individual at 200th Ave. and 665th St. in Dodge Center at 5:15 p.m.
Oct. 24
Fire: Deputies responded to a fire alarm in the 500 block of Hwy. St. E. in Dodge Center at 7:53 p.m.
Oct. 25
Burglary: Deputies began a burglary investigation on 2nd St. SE in Dodge Center at 12:27 a.m.
Threats: At 7:35 a.m., a subject was making threats in the 59300 block of State Hwy. 57 in Mantorville.

Environment: At 11:39 a.m., police received a report of illegal use of a dumpster in the 600 block of Veterans Memorial Highway W.
Oct. 20
Larceny: At 1:54 p.m., a catalytic converter was stolen from the 700 block of 3rd St. SE.
Crash: At 4:11 p.m., a fender bender occurred on Veterans Memorial Highway E.
Suspicion: Officers responded to suspicious activity in the 300 block of 6th St. SW at 10:21 p.m.
Juvenile: Police received a complaint of loud juveniles on Central Ave. at 10:25 p.m.

Crash: At 11:12 a.m., a motor vehicle accident occurred on 4th St. SE.
Vandalism: Property damage was reported in the 500 block of 5th Ave. NE at 11:54 a.m.

Domestic: Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Veterans Memorial Highway W. at 11:45 a.m.
Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of Mantorville Ave. S. at 10:47 p.m.

Suspicion: Officers responded to a suspicious activity at U.S. Hwy. 14 and State Hwy. 57 at 10:51 a.m.
Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 1300 block of 15th St. NE at 5:38 p.m.
Oct. 24
Harassment: At 8:20 a.m., a harassment incident occurred in the 800 block of 10th St. NW.
Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 200 block of 1st St. NE at 9:32 a.m. and on Main St. E. at 10:47 a.m.
Juvenile: Police received a complaint of juveniles ringing doorbells in the 600 block of Veterans Memorial Highway W. at 6:44 p.m.
Noise: Police received a noise complaint from the 900 block of 8th Ave. NE at 10:37 p.m. and the 400 block of 2nd St. SW at 11:42 p.m.
