Local woman writes Christian song

Pamella Miller’s song “Where I Am Going” was released on May 12, 2022. Miller, a long-time resident of Mantorville, says all verses and the chorus are based on Scripture.
The chorus is specifically based on the new heaven and new earth shown to John that all overcomers will inherit, as recorded in Revelation 21:1-7, she said.
Miller said she wrote the words in June 2018 and melody by December 2018. There was quite a span of time between then and the release date, she said. The CD can be purchased alone or with the history of how her song came to be printed on the front of beautiful cross stationery, with the lyrics on the reverse. Miller said she hopes sharing the song's history will encourage others to stick with a journey that may be difficult or filled with twists and turns.

Friends say this song has many uses, such as simply inspirational, for a funeral, as a gift, or to pass out to invite others to faith in Jesus, she said. Although Miller has done much writing, she said this is her first song and has happened quite late in her life. She said she doesn’t know whether she will write any other songs to be sure to get your copy of this unique song and its history!
