Burned Out Businesses Find New Home in Kasson

Recovering from a fire and losing everything their businesses had, three tenants of 1760 Millwork Manufacturing in Kasson are moving on and regrouping.
Daisy Mae, Cherished Antiques and TG’s Recreated teamed together in the Millwork building, which went up in flames on August 26 from spontaneous combustion. They are now in agreement to enter into a lease with Plaza 57, in the old Shopko store, and will again operate together, this time in a bigger space of 4,000 square feet.
It’s an increase from 2,500 square feet at the Millwork building, and the business owners are looking ahead to a hopeful October 1 opening at Plaza 57.
