Notice of Filing Intent to Dissolve

NOTICE OF FILING 
OF INTENT TO DISSOLVE 
TO THE CREDITORS OF AND CLAIMANTS AGAINST 
ROSS DESIGNERS & 
MANUFACTURERS, INC.
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by Ross Designers & Manufacturers, Inc., by its President, that:
 
1. The corporation is in the process of voluntary dissolution pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 302A.701-791.
2. The corporation has filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State a Notice of Intent to Dissolve.
3. Said Notice was filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State on November 26, 2018.
4. All claims by creditors or claimants must be in writing and must be filed with the President at 67952 County Road 76, Wabasha, Minnesota 55981.
5. All claims by creditors or claimants must be received by March 5, 2019 (90 days after first publication or with respect to a particular known creditor or claimant 90 days after written notice was given).  Any creditor or claimant who fails to file a claim on or before March 5, 2019, and all those claiming through or under the creditor or claimant are forever barred from suing on that claim or otherwise realizing upon or enforcing it except as otherwise provided by Minnesota Statutes.
