NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S EXECUTION SALE REAL PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of an Execution issued out of and under the seal of the District Court of the State of Minnesota, in and for the Third Judicial District and County of Dodge on the 13th Day of September, 2016, upon a judgment rendered and docketed in said Court and County in an action therein, wherein City of Hayfield dba Field Crest Care Center was Plaintiff and Dale Hofius was Defendant, in favor of said plaintiff and against said defendant for the sum of $34,690.01, as appears in the judgment roll filed in the office of the Clerk of said District Court for said County of Dodge, and 
WHEREAS, said judgment was docketed in the District Court of Dodge County on the 7th day of January, 2016, and the sum of $34,690.01, including accrued costs of $114.00 and interest computed to September 13, 2016 in the amount of $951.61 is now actually due thereon, plus additional interest computed up to and including the date of sale and all of my fees, costs and disbursements of levy and sale, and
WHEREAS, said Execution has to me as Sheriff of Dodge County been duly directed and delivered,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I have levied upon and will sell at public auction to the highest cash bidder, at the Dodge County Sherriff’s Office, 22 Sixth Street East, Mantorville, MN 55955, County of Dodge, on the 17th Day of November, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., all the right, title and interest that the above-named defendant had on the 7th Day of January, 2016, that being the date of docketing of said judgment in Dodge County, which is a one-half undivided interest, in and to the real estate hereinafter described, to-wit:
The West 468.00 feet of the North 300.00 feet of the South 538.71 feet of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 33, Township 105 North, Range 18 West, Dodge County, Minneosta.
More commonly known as 75666 125th Ave., Blooming Prairie, MN 55917.
