Homecoming activities next week at Triton High

Homecoming activities get under way at Triton High School next week with the King and Queen Coronation on Monday, culminating in the Homecoming football game on Friday.
Coronation activities are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Monday in the PAC at Triton High School.
Candidates for Homecoming Queen are seniors Maddie Boe, Tatyanna Bond, Morgan Franko, Alexis Melder and Sami Stoick. King candidates are Leif Bungum, Rene Cortez, Camron Gwin, Carson Johnson and Damon Wright.
Junior emcees for the Homecoming festivities are Kiley Yankowiak and Nick Roussopoulos.
There will be activities in the high school gym before lunch on Wednesday and Thursday.
Friday will be a busy day, not just at the high school, as pep fests are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. for the elementary school students and 11:10 a.m. for the middle school. The high school pep fest is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
The elementary students will also have their annual HERO picnic on Friday in the school cafeteria from 3 to 6:30 p.m. The HERO program is the elementary school’s effort to address bullying in the school.
The week culminates in the football game on Friday night when the Cobras take on Chatfield at 7 p.m.
Final event of the week is the Homecoming Dance, scheduled for 8 to 11 p.m. on Saturday in the high school gym.
