Wildcats start season 3-0

The Dodge County girls hockey team defeated Breck 3-2 in overtime last Friday night, to start the season 3-0.
Breck scored in the first period, followed by a goal by Bryn Spreiter in the second period. Breck and the Wildcats traded goals in the third. In overtime Maysie Koch scored the game winning goal.
Behind the next Ida Huber stopped 24 out of 26 shots, in the win.
The Wildcats also defeated Minneapolis last week with a final score of 8-1. The next matchup is against Simley, 7 p.m. at the Dodge County Ice Arena.
