The following case was heard in Dodge County District Court the week of Nov. 10 with Judge Debra A. Groehler presiding:
Andrew R. Olson, 38, Dodge Center, previously appeared and was convicted of felony DWI. Olson was sentenced to $130, 180 days in county jail, no possession of firearms, chemical assessment, no alcohol or controlled substance use, mental health evaluation, do not enter liquor establishments, complete drug court, 216 hours of community service and 5 years of supervised probation.

Blotter Spotlight: Threats: Deputies responded to a disturbance involving terroristic threats in the 600 block of Main St. E. in Dodge Center at 9:35 a.m. on Nov. 8.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office handled 190 complaints during the week of Nov. 6 — 12:
Nov. 7
Juvenile: Deputies received a juvenile complaint from the 61300 block of 265th Ave. in Mantorville at 9:58 a.m.
Larceny: At 9:59 a.m.,fuel was stolen from the 14000 block of 565th St. in West Concord.
Fire: Deputies responded to a fire in the 900 block of 3rd Ave. SE in Hayfield at 4:25 p.m.
Harassment: At 4:48 p.m., a harassment incident occurred on 5th St. W. in Mantorville.
Harassment: Deputies responded to a harassment incident in the 71600 block of 130th Ave. in Blooming Prairie at 10:03 p.m.
Nov. 8
Hit and Run: At 7:44 a.m., a hit and run accident occurred at Triton Schools.
Theft: At 5:46 p.m., a Dodge Center woman called deputies to report she saw her stolen car being driven on 2nd St. SW. The vehicle was not stolen.

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 74100 block of 200th Ave. in Hayfield at 1:26 a.m.
Nov. 11
Threats: Deputies responded to a subject making threats on 6th Ave. SE in Hayfield at 10:10 a.m.
Hit and Run: At 10:14 a.m., a hit and run accident occurred in the 100 block of 7th St. SE in Hayfield.
Nov. 12
Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 60300 block of 210th Ave. in Dodge Center at 1:02 a.m.

The Kasson Police Department handled 76 complaints during the week of Nov. 6 — 12:
Nov. 6
Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of South Fork Place SE at 8 p.m. They mediated on the scene.
Threats: At 9:58 p.m., a subject was making threats in the 900 block of Main St. E.
Nov. 7
Disturbance: Police helped mediate a disturbance on Meadowlark Ave. at 8:19 a.m.
Vape: At 10:57 a.m., a vape was found at K-M High School.
Suspicion: At 3:44 p.m., a person was found slumped in the front seat of a vehicle on 2nd Ave. NW.
Suspicion: Police responded to a suspicious vehicle in the 700 block of 23rd St. NE at 3:57 p.m.
Larceny: At 3:34 p.m., a storage unit was broken into in the 800 block of 7th St. SE.
Juvenile: Police received a juvenile complaint from the 500 block of Veterans Memorial Highway W. at 7:59 p.m.
Fraud: Officer took a fraud report in the 1100 block of 6th Ave. SE at 8:15 p.m.

Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 600 block of 3rd St. SE at 6:09 p.m.
Nov. 9
Vandalism: Property damage was reported in the 600 block of 22nd St. NE at 9:15 a.m.
Suspicion: Officers responded to loud boom noises at 21st St. NE and 20th St. NE at 2:13 p.m.
Nov. 11
Juvenile: Police received a juvenile complaint of possible damage of equipment at K-M Elementary at 3:29 p.m.
Nov. 12
Fire: Officers responded to a fire in the 300 block of 5th St. SE at 1:42 p.m.
