TKWH beats wings, falls to PIZM in playoffs
The Triton/K-W/Hayfield girls soccer team defeated Wings United in the Section 2A play-in game after regulation and two overtimes went scoreless.
For TKWH, the difference came down to penalty kicks, with Camila Medina, Romina Medina, and Courtney Chicos converting penalty kicks, while the Wings only had two.
Goalkeeper Alyssa Knudson had six saves in the victory.
In the Section 2A quarterfinal, Triton continued to score, falling to PIZM 2-0.
Knudson finished the game with 20 saves.
