Local Knights of Columbus provide ‘Coats for Kids’

If families are struggling to clothe their children with warm coats this winter, the Knights of Columbus are available to meet this basic need through the “Coats for Kids” program.
St. Joseph the Worker Knights of Columbus Council #14460 from the Church of Christ the King in Byron and Holy Family Catholic Church in Kasson will be distributing 168 coats to children who attend our local schools and others who are in need. Since 2009, over 950,000 coats have been given to children by the Knights of Columbus nationwide.
The mission of the Knights of Columbus is to empower Catholic men to live their faith at home, in their parish, at work and in their community. Charity is at the heart of the mission of the Knights of Columbus with 1.9 million members around the world.
