Lady Wildcats finish regular season on winning note

Playing in their final three regular season games, the Dodge County girls hockey team currently holds a sparkling 19-4-0 record. The Lady Wildcats are ranked No. 3 in the state in Class 1A.
On Tuesday, January 30, they turned in one of their best defensive performances of the season, limiting Northfield’s state-leading offense to just 13 shots, in a 4-2 Wildcats victory at Dodge County Ice Arena. Thursday, February 1, the Lady Cats fell to Simley, 3-1, at Simley — Vet’s Arena (IGH). The DC girls closed out the busy week on Saturday, where they outshined Robbinsdale Armstrong/Cooper, 8-0, at Dodge County Ice Arena.
