K-M golf teams fight weather

Despite the crazy at times weather, the Kasson-Mantorville boys golf team has managed to participate in some meets.
On Monday, April 22, the guys were at Austin Country Club. It was actually the Stewartville Invitational, but played at Austin CC. The K-M team finished 5th at 350. *Deegan O’Neil 85 (10th place) *Matthew Justice 86 *Aiden Kujath 89 (it was his first-ever varsity meet) *Zack Fenske 90 Dylan Allen 92 Ryan Hoey-Howell 93; Tuesday, April 23 at Lake City Invitational (Lake City Golf Club). Team finished 8th at 350. *Deegan O’Neil 80 (tied for 7th) *Matthew Justice 82 (tied for 16th) *Zack Fenske 91 *Dylan Allen 97 Ryan Hoey-Howell 98 Aiden Kujath 99.
K-M girls golf thus far
The Kasson-Mantorville girls golf team has played three events so far this spring. Each of those events has come with its own challenges with the wind, cold, and rain.
“I am very proud of how positive this team has been, despite these challenges,” said Coach Katie Schroden.
