Former Guardsman found guilty of child sex abuse

A Dodge County jury has found former Minnesota National Guard member guilty of child sex abuse.
Michael Lee Cocuzzi, 42, was arrested in May 2021 and charged with three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. According to court documents he was accused of sexually abusing a minor in Kasson in 2020.
Sentencing is set for August 3.
