Samuel J. Bale, 34, Faribault, previously appeared and was convicted of felony possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to $205, 71 days in county jail, no alcohol or controlled substance use, do not enter liquor establishments, chemical dependency evaluation, cognitive skill training and 5 years of supervised probation.
Jaidyn W. Langley, 19, St. Cloud, previously appeared and was convicted of felony aggravated robbery. Langley was sentenced to $50 and 48 months in St. Cloud State Prison.
Daniel J. Lewison, 52, St. Cloud, previously appeared and was convicted of felony DWI. He was sentenced to $8,069.65 and 66 months in St. Cloud State Prison.
Joshua L. Novak, 36, Kasson, previously appeared and was convicted of felony predatory offender registration violation and misdemeanor domestic assault. He was sentenced to $1,155, 8 days in county jail, chemical dependency evaluation, domestic abuse evaluation, no alcohol or controlled substance use, do not enter liquor establishments, cognitive skill training, mental health evaluation, 100 hours of community service and 1 year of supervised probation.
