Dodge County Public Health to host flu vaccine clinics

Dodge County Public Health (DCPH) will be holding community clinics for the flu vaccine throughout October.
Clinics will have the following vaccines available:
Fluzone Trivalent — $55
Fluzone High-Dose Trivalent (65+) — $101
Flublok (50-65) Trivalent — $101
Flu vaccines will be administered to anyone ages six-months and up on the following days and locations:
October 20 from 10:30 am – 12 pm at Mantorville Senior Center
October 21 from 11am – 12:30 pm at West Concord City Hall
October 22 from 9 am – 10:30 am at Hayfield Senior Center
October 24 from 1 pm – 4 pm at Dodge County Public Health in Dodge Center
 
To receive a vaccine at one of these clinics, please register in advance at: dodgecountypublichealth.as.me/schedule.php or by calling DCPH. Walk-ins will be accepted if there is availability. Accepted forms of payment include Medicare, Medical Assistance (Medicaid), cash, and check.
DCPH will be hosting additional clinics with dates and times to come. DCPH is also accepting appointments outside of these clinic hours; call for availability.
