Dodge Center man injured in motorcycle crash

A Dodge Center man was injured in a motorcycle crash on Highway 14 in Kalmar Township Saturday, August 5.
The Minnesota State Patrol said that a 2002 Yamaha motorcycle, driven by Dakota James Swanson, 23, Dodge Center, was traveling west on Highway 14 when it left the roadway and struck the cable median.
Swanson had non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys, the State Patrol report said.
In addition to the State Patrol, the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Byron Fire Department and Mayo Clinic Ambulance responded to the scene.
