The following cases were heard in Dodge County District Court the week of Aug. 14 with Judge Jodi L. Williamson presiding:
Todd M. Bauer, 54, Byron, previously appeared and was convicted of felony theft by swindle and felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to $10,401, 36 days in county jail, no possession of firearms, chemical dependency evaluation, no alcohol or controlled substance use, do not enter liquor establishments, cognitive skill training, maintain employment, 50 hours of community service and 5 years of supervised probation.
Tyler R. Boyd, 34, Mankato, previously appeared and was convicted of felony possession of marijuana. Boyd was sentenced to $1,155, no possession of firearms, no alcohol or controlled substance use, do not enter liquor establishments, mental health evaluation, cognitive skill training, 100 hours of community service and 5 years of supervised probation.

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 16800 block of 750th St. in Hayfield at 9:38 p.m.
Aug. 18
Larceny: At 7:55 a.m., a bike was missing from the 400 block of 1st St. NE in Hayfield.
Aug. 19
Fire: Deputies responded to hay bales on fire in the 25000 block of 525th St. in Pine Island at 6:41 a.m.
Aug. 20
Harassment: At 10:30 a.m., a harassment incident occurred in the 25500 block of 625th St. in Kasson.
Assault: Deputies responded to an assault in the 800 block of Center Ave. S. in Hayfield at 9:25 p.m.
Aug. 21
Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of 2nd St. SE in Hayfield at 7:29 p.m.
Fire: Deputies received a smoke complaint from Center Ave. S. in Hayfield at 11:08 p.m.

Larceny: At 12:12 p.m., a security camera was stolen from the 23500 block of 555th St. in West Concord.

Trespassing: At 3:07 p.m., a subject was trespassing in the 300 block of 8th St. SE.
Medical: Police assisted with medical emergencies at the Kasson Clinic at 4:16 p.m. and the 400 block of 8th Ave. NW at 9:17 p.m.

Fraud: Officer took a fraud report in the 600 block of Main St. W. at 12:07 p.m.
Aug. 19
Child Protection: Police received a child protection report from the 500 block of Veterans Memorial Highway W. at 11:16 a.m.
Welfare: Officer conducted a welfare check at the Kasson Clinic at 2:19 p.m.
Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 500 block of 2nd Ave. SW at 4:06 p.m.
Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of 6th Ave. NE at 5:16 p.m.
Underage Drinking: At 7:24 p.m., officer made a traffic stop and found the driver was underage and had been drinking alcohol at Main St. N. and 9th St. E. in Mantorville.
Narcotics: Police found narcotics during a traffic stop at 208th Ave. and 600th St. in Dodge Center at 9:19 p.m.

Fireworks: Police received a fireworks complaint from 4th St. NE and 6th Ave. NE at 9:17 p.m.
Suspicion: Officer responded to a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of 7th St. NW at 10:29 p.m.

Suspicion: Police found suspicious activity in the 500 block of 16th St. NE at 12:01 a.m.
Intoxication: Officers responded to an intoxicated subject in the 300 block of 5th Ave. NW at 10:10 a.m.
Harassment: At 10:28 a.m., a harassment incident occurred in the 400 block of 3rd Ave. SW.
Medical: Police responded to a medical emergency in the 700 block of Veterans Memorial Highway W. at 5:15 p.m.

Medicals: Medical emergencies occurred on Main St. E. at 3:14 a.m., the 400 block of 10th Ave. NE at 10:40 a.m. and at Prairie Meadows at 12:10 p.m.
Larceny: At 7:33 a.m., a catalytic converter was stolen from the 300 block of 8th Ave. SE.
Trespassing: At 1:38 p.m., a subject was trespassing at Hy-Vee.
Probation: Officer conducted a probation check in the 500 block of 2nd Ave. SW at 3:11 p.m.
Aug. 23
Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 800 block of 7th St. SE at 12:07 a.m.
Larceny: Police took a report of several catalytic converters stolen from the 100 block of 9th St. SE at 8:01 a.m.
Medicals: Police assisted with medical emergencies at the Kasson Clinic at 11:33 a.m. and on Central Ave. at 5:04 p.m.
Disturbance: Officers responded to a male causing a disturbance in the 400 block of Mantorville Ave. N. at 8:34 p.m.
