Celebrating Christmas in West Concord

 
 We are blessed to live in a community where the word “community” is taken seriously. I look at our City Wide Christmas Celebration as a prime example; City Council members, City staff, businesses, organizations, churches, and individuals all worked together to host a day for all to enjoy and celebrate Christmas. I got to experience firsthand that the joy of giving is much more powerful than the joy of receiving. Thank you to those who donated prizes, donated and worked on baskets for the Silent Auction, donated money, held open houses, sponsored and worked at the spaghetti supper, and especially donated of your time. It was a great day, and once again was a shining example of the wonderful community we live in. My wish for you is that you experience the joy of Christmas as you celebrate Christ’s birth, and that your New Year be filled with blessings.
