Byron defeats KoMets

The Byron girls basketball team defeated Kasson-Mantorville last week 84-43.
Avery Rossow led the team with 19 points. Alyse Ayen had 11 points, as did Zoe Coleman.
Kayla Stork had 10 points, Raegan Kelm had eight points, Ashlyn Kelm and Peyton Steele each contributed six.
Cambria Daily and Ella Nelson added four points, Mara Booth had three points, and Taylor Meyer had two points in the win.
For the KoMets, Lauren Schaefer led with 11 points. Sophie Allen had eight points, Josie Finley and Lana Burr each had six points. Genevieve Frodermann and Ava Richardson each had four points, Amelia Koepke had three points, and Taya Threinen added two points.
