BREAKING NEWS: EX-KASSON COP ADMITS SEX ABUSE

A former Kasson police officer has admitted to sexually abusing young victims spanning more than 20 years.
On Friday, Julio Baez entered guilty pleas in Olmsted County District Court to a number of sexual assault charges involving three victims and across three southeastern Minnesota counties.
Baez had been charged in Dodge, Rice and Olmsted counties last year while he was a police officer in Kasson. He resigned the day he was charged.
Prosecutors say they will seek a prison term of 18 years against Baez. Sentencing has been set for April 3 at 10:30 a.m.
