BREAKING NEWS: Judge rules against Trom's in suit against Dodge County, Masching Swine Farms

 
District Court Judge Joseph Chase today ruled in favor of Dodge County and Masching Swine Farms in a suit against the two defendants brought by Lowell and Evelyn Trom of Westfield Township.
In his order Chase denied the Trom's motion for a summary judgment vacating a Conditional Use Permit granted by the county to Nick Masching of Masching Swine Farms to establish a hog feedlot on property adjacent to the Trom farm in Westfield Township.
