Wildcats fall 2-1 to Breck in holiday tourney championship
The Dodge County girls hockey team went 2-1 in holiday tournament play last week falling in the championship game to Breck 2-1.
In its first round matchup against Chisago Lakes the Wildcats won 5-1.
Zoe Heimer had two goals in the win, Daisy Harens, and Hannah Peterson, and Maysie Koch each had a goal.
Goaltender Ida Huber stopped 16 out of 17 goals in the win.
Kylie Meyer and Bryn Spreiter both scored goals for the Wildcats in the second round 2-0 win over Blake.
In the championship game, Claire Dixon scored the lone goal for the Wildcats.
