The Kasson-Mantorville wrestling team dominated Lake City in a dual meet last week, winning 59-10.

Oliver Powell won the 107 pound weight class on a forfeit, Zeke Ranvek won the 114 pound weight class on a technical fall, Kalin Anderson won the 127 pound weight class on a fall, Rex Ayshford won the 133 pound weight class on a fall, Aiden Friedrich won the 139 pound weight class on a technical fall, Jonah Coleman won the 145 pound weight class on a fall, Keymoni Bent won the 152 pound weight class on a fall, Owen Friedrich won the 160 pound weight class on a fall, Jake Duitsman won the 189 pound weight class on a fall, Kayden White won the 215 pound weight class on a fall, and Griffin Grover won the 285 pound weight class on a decision.

Byron falls
to Pine Island

In its matchup against Pine Island, Byron was defeated 60-18.

For Byron, Gavin Bartel won the 189 pound weight class on a pine, Thadeus Zabel won the 215 pound weight class by forfeit, and Mason Edwards pinned his opponent in the 285 pound weight class.

Triton defeats Medford

Triton last week, was able to defeat Medford in its dual meet 44-29.
