Hayfield wins first game of season
The Hayfield boys basketball team won its first game of the season last week defeating Lyle-Pacelli 81-63.
For Hayfield freshman Charlie Walker had 33 points, four rebounds, six assists, and a steal.
Walker also set the single game record for Hayfield with 10 three pointers in the win.
Austin Dahle had 18 points and 10 rebounds, and Layne Nelson had seven points, four rebounds and four assists.
Hayfield also took on Rushford-Peterson losing 71-28.
Walker had six points, Dahle had four points and Nelson had 11 points.
