Woman hurt after motorcycle crash near BP
A Mantorville woman was injured Saturday afternoon when the motorcycle she was driving crashed just east of Blooming Prairie.
Jackie Lynn Tague, 43, was eastbound on her Harley Davidson Cruiser when she lost control and ended up in the ditch, the Minnesota State Patrol report says.
The crash occurred about 4:15 p.m. on Minnesota Highway 30 near 740th Street.
She was taken to Mayo Clinic Hospital, Saint Marys Campus, in Rochester with injuries that were described in the report as not life-threatening.
Tague was not wearing a helmet and alcohol was not involved, the report says.
Agencies responding to the scene included the Blooming Prairie Fire Department, Blooming Prairie Ambulance Service, Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, Kasson Police Department and Mayo One helicopter.
Friends have started a GoFundMe account for Tague, who they said is a widow with three daughters.
