NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION

The Town Board of Claremont Township has been presented with a Petition to Vacate a township road. The road to be vacated is described as follows: 110th Avenue between Sections 29 and 30 in Claremont Township from the South Boundary of the DM&E rail right-of-way, North approximately 4/10ths of a mile to where 110th Avenue terminates at U.S. Highway 14.

The owners of the parcels of land are as follows:

Owner Description of Land

Al-Corn Clean Fuel East and West side of 110th Avenue 

in Sections 29 and 30 To Be Vacated.

DM&E Railroad East and West side of 110th Avenue 

in Sections 29 and 30 To Be Vacated 

(rail right-of-way).

Clint Willette etux. East side of 110th Avenue in Section 29

South of the Portion to be Vacated.

Phillis Engbord Trust West side of 110th Avenue, in Section 30, South of the Portion to be Vacated.

Paul Howieson West side of 110th Avenue, in section 30, South of the Portion to be Vacated.

A Hearing will be held on this Petition on Monday, April 3, 2017, at 10:00 in the morning at the regular meeting place of the Claremont Town Board, the American Legion Hall on the Front Street in Claremont, Minnesota 55924.

All interested persons are encouraged to attend.
