Marcyne Leth, 86, Kasson
Marcyne E. Leth (2/27/1938 - 1/21/2025), beloved daughter, sister, aunt, friend, animal lover and Child of God passed away peacefully in her home on January 21, 2025.
Marcyne spent her life in loving service to others. She was always available to help the elderly in their times of need; often providing transportation to their doctor appointments. She spent her professional life working for Dodge County Human Services. She was an enthusiastic and active member of the Mantorville Historic Society for many years. She was a faithful congregant of the Kasson United Methodist Church.
Marcyne will be remembered for her selflessness and kindness as well as her enduring love of animals; in particular, her many feline companions over the years.
Marcyne was preceded in death by her father (Erling), and mother (Catherine). She is survived by her brother (Donald), her niece (Jaime), nephew (Tony) and his family, Shawn, Karlyn and Keegan.
Marcyne will be greatly missed here on earth but will remain in our hearts as she joins our Heavenly Father for Eternity.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 3, 2025 at Grace United Methodist Church, 801 5th Ave NW, Kasson beginning with a visitation at 10:00 am. The service will follow at 11:00 am with Pastor Jacob Hanson officiating. A luncheon will be served immediately following the service. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery, Kasson.
The family prefers memorials be directed to the church.
