Fernbrook expands through Lighthouse acquisition

Fernbrook Family Center of Rochester has acquired Lighthouse Child and Family Services, a trusted mental health provider serving central Minnesota.
This partnership marks an exciting step forward in expanding access to high-quality, person-centered mental health care for individuals, families, and communities across the region.
Shannon Brown, CEO of Fernbrook Family Center, will assume leadership of the combined organization. Together, the teams will continue Lighthouse’s legacy of compassionate service while integrating Fernbrook’s community-based, trauma-informed approach.
“This acquisition allows us to reach even more individuals and families with the care, connection, and hope they deserve,” said Brown. “We are honored to continue the incredible work Lighthouse has built and look forward to serving these communities together.”
Lighthouse locations now part of Fernbrook Family Center include Cambridge, Milaca, Sauk Rapids and Princeton.
