The following cases were heard in Dodge County District Court the week of Dec. 18 with Judge Jodi L. Williamson presiding:

Rashawn R. Eston, 29, Dodge Center, previously appeared and was convicted of felony predatory offender registration violation. He was sentenced to 24 months in St. Cloud State Prison.

Tosha S. Nielsen, 35, Wanamingo, previously appeared and was convicted of felony possession of marijuana. Nielsen was sentenced to $655, 5 days in county jail, no possession of firearms, chemical dependency evaluation, no alcohol or controlled substance use, mental health evaluation, cognitive skill training, 50 hours of community service and 5 years of supervised probation.

Blotter Spotlight: Larceny: On Dec. 17 at 4:45 p.m., mail was stolen from the 25300 block of 565^th St. in Mantorville.

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office handled 195 complaints during the week of Dec. 14 — 20. They include:

Dec. 14

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance with a juvenile in the 20000 block of County Hwy. 24 in West Concord at 1:58 a.m.

Property: At 8:26 p.m., stolen property was recovered in the 60500 block of 110^th Ave. in Claremont.

Dec. 16

Threats: Deputies responded to a subject making threats at the Court House at 9:15 a.m.

Sexual Assault: Deputies began an investigation of a sexual assault in Dodge Center at 11:45 a.m.

Dec. 17

Burglary: Deputies responded to a burglary in the 69200 block of 120^th Ave. in Blooming Prairie at 9:28 a.m.

Dec. 19

Fraud: Deputy took a fraud report in the 26000 block of 600^th St. in Mantorville at 3:47 p.m.

Dec. 20

Domestic: Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Walnut St. in Mantorville at 2:13 p.m.

Disturbance: At 4:06 p.m., a disturbance occurred in the 20000 block of County Hwy. 24 in West Concord.

The Kasson Police Department handled 85 complaints during the week of Dec. 14-20:

Dec. 14

Larceny: At 1:37 p.m., items were missing from a K-M High School classroom.

Larceny: Officer took a larceny report in the 1300 block of 2^nd St. NW at 3:39 p.m.

Juvenile: Police received a juvenile complaint from the 100 block of Windsor St. E. at 8:46 p.m.

Dec. 15

Suspicion: Suspicious activity was reported at 8^th St. NW and 8^th Ave. NW at 8 a.m., the 500 block of 1^st St. NE at 9:24 p.m. and the 1600 block of 11^th Ave. NE at 10:39 p.m.

Crash: Motor vehicle accidents occurred in the 800 block of 5^th Ave. NW. at 10:21 a.m. and the 700 block of Main St. W. at 5:15 p.m.

Dec. 16

Theft: At 6:36 a.m., a vehicle was stolen from the 500 block of Veterans Memorial Highway W.

Narcotics: At 4:38 p.m., narcotics were found in the 1000 block of 2^nd St. SE.

Dec. 17

Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity on Mantorville Ave. N. at 9:49 p.m.

Dec. 18

Suspicion: Suspicious activity was reported in the 200 block of 8^th St. SE at 3:09 a.m. and the 100 block of 7^th St. NW at 5:32 p.m.

Welfare: Officer conducted a welfare check in the 300 block of 4^th St. NW at 2:15 p.m.

Dec. 19

Larceny: At 2:29 p.m., a box of pennies was stolen from the 600 block of 15^th Ave. NW.
