The former Lostegaard Direct Service station was located along Highway 14 (now county Highway 34) and 2nd St SW in Kasson. It was west of the lumber yard and across the street from the present Ocean Mist car wash. It had one gas pump, a place to change tires, and an oil barrel for customers to buy small amounts of oil in the back of the small station building which is no longer there.
